Shipping Costs
UK:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days): £5.95
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days): £4.95
Rest of the world: Enter your country at check out for specific pricing.
UK orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm UK time will be dispatched the same day in most cases. International orders placed before 2.30pm UK time will be dispatched same day in most cases.
International Duties:
For all orders outside of the UK, the customer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs‑clearance fees arising from the shipment. We do not issue refunds or assume liability for these charges, nor will we refund shipping, return, or customs costs incurred due to incorrect address information or customer non‑compliance with import regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Once your order is submitted, we may not be able to change it. Hart Workshop is not liable for orders that are delayed, mis‐delivered, returned, or otherwise adversely affected as a result of incorrect, incomplete, or illegible shipping details supplied by the customer and unfortunately no refund will be given.
Returns
We will accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in with the tag still attached. The cost of return is not covered by Hart Workshop.

Customs, VAT & Import Duties
For orders outside of the UK, duties, import taxes, and handling fees are not prepaid and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Who Pays These Charges?
For destinations outside the UK, you, the recipient, are responsible for any customs-related fees, including VAT, customs duties, and import handling fees charged by the courier or local postal service. This is known as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping. These charges are applied by your country's customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. The courier will typically contact you once your parcel arrives in your country to request payment before delivery can proceed.
How Much Will I Pay?
The total amount depends on your country's VAT rate, the value of your order, the product type and HS code, and any applicable customs duties. For an accurate estimate, we recommend checking your national customs website or contacting your local customs office.
Refusing to Pay Import Charges
If you choose not to pay the required import charges and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund your order minus any charges we incur as a result, including return shipping, customs, and handling fees.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete our EU Withdrawal Form within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we have received your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days.

We are unable to refund any goods not returned or packages abandoned at customs.
